Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026. These terms are a working draft prepared for Legeine Ltd. and should be reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction before launch.

1. Who we are

Legeine Ltd. ("FastTravelPass", "we") is an independent private company that provides assistance with online travel-document applications. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Immigration Bureau of Thailand or any other authority. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) can be obtained free of charge from the official portal at tdac.immigration.go.th.

2. The service

When you place an order, you instruct us to (a) collect the information required for the TDAC through our form, (b) review it for completeness and obvious errors, (c) submit it to the official portal on your behalf on the earliest date the portal accepts it, and (d) forward the confirmation issued by the Thai authorities to the email address you gave us. Our fee is for this assistance only. We do not sell, issue or approve travel documents.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to provide the details of every traveller on the application, that the details are accurate and match their passports, and that you have read the independence notice above. Errors in the information you supply are your responsibility, although we will help correct them where the official portal allows.

4. No guarantee of entry

A TDAC is a declaration, not a visa or permission to enter. Admission to Thailand is decided solely by Thai immigration officers. We do not guarantee that a card will be issued, that it will be issued in a particular time, or that you will be admitted. The review speeds we offer describe our own queue and are not a promise of any outcome by the Thai authorities.

5. Timing

The official portal accepts submissions only within a window before arrival (currently 3 days, counting the arrival day). If you order earlier, we hold the application and submit it when the window opens. Review times are counted from that moment. We are not responsible for portal outages, but we retry until the submission goes through and keep you informed by email.

6. Fees and payment

The full price is displayed before payment. Fees are charged in USD through Stripe. Optional faster review is never preselected. There is no government fee for the TDAC.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy. In short: before we submit to the official portal you may cancel and receive a refund according to the work already performed; after submission the fee is not refundable because the service has been delivered.

8. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid for the application concerned. We are not liable for missed flights, denied entry, or other consequential losses.
