The Thailand Digital Arrival Card replaced the paper TM6 form in May 2025. It is a pre-arrival declaration, not a visa, and it is required whether you arrive by air, land or sea.

Behandlingstid

The Thai system usually issues the card and its QR code moments after submission. Our review comes first, and takes as long as the speed you choose.

Within 3 days of arrival, counting the arrival day. Earlier submissions are not accepted, which is why we hold early applications and file them on the right day.

Valid for the single arrival date on the card. Enter on a different day or come back on a later trip and you need a new TDAC.

Show the confirmation with the QR code from your phone or email. Printing is optional but a paper copy is a sensible backup.

Times count from the moment Thailand will accept your dates, not from payment. If your arrival is more than 3 days away we hold the application, show you the submission date at checkout, and start the clock then. Speed moves you up our queue; it does not change how the Thai system processes the card, and it is not a promise of entry.

What the fee buys

  • The official portal works, and takes about 5 minutes per person with everything to hand.
  • You count back the 3-day window yourself and remember the right day.
  • Sessions time out and there is no save-and-resume; each retry is from the top.
  • Each traveller is entered separately, and a typo is yours to catch.

What will I pay in total?

$35.00 per traveller, with no government fee on top — that is the whole bill. Review and submission within 2 hours is included; Fast (1 hour) adds $10.00 and Ultra fast (15 minutes) adds $20.00 per application. Both are optional and neither is preselected. Every line is shown before you pay.

I fly in three weeks. Am I too early?

No. Thailand only accepts the TDAC within 3 days of arrival, so applying earlier is the normal case. We hold your application and submit it within your chosen review time, counted from the moment the window opens, then email you the card.

Does a TDAC guarantee I will be let in?

No, and no service can promise that. The TDAC is a declaration, not a visa; entry is decided by immigration officers in Thailand. What we control is everything before submission: a person reviews each application for errors and missing information and asks you to fix anything that needs fixing.

What happens right after I pay?

One short form: airline, flight number and your address in Thailand. We ask for it after payment because it is the part travellers most often don't have when they start. You can come back to it from the link in your confirmation email. Once that is in, you are done, and we email the TDAC as soon as it is issued.

Can I get my money back?

Before we submit to Thailand, yes: reply to your confirmation email and we refund according to how much of the work is done, as set out in our refund policy. Once the card has been submitted the service fee is not refundable, because the work has been performed.

What happens to my passport data?

It is used to prepare and submit your TDAC and for nothing else. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so card numbers never reach us. Passport images and personal details are deleted on the schedule in our privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.
