Privacy policy

What we collect
To prepare a TDAC we collect, for each traveller: name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, occupation, country and city of residence, visa number where applicable, an optional image of the passport page, plus trip details (dates, flight or vehicle number, address in Thailand, purpose of travel, countries visited recently and any health declaration you choose to make). We also collect the contact email address and phone number of the person placing the order.
What we use it for
Only to prepare, review and submit the application you asked for, to send you the confirmation and status updates, and to answer your questions. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
- The Immigration Bureau of Thailand, through its official TDAC portal, when we submit your application. Their handling of the data is governed by Thai law.
- Stripe, which processes card payments. We never receive card numbers.
- Our email provider, to deliver confirmations and support replies.
How long we keep it
Application data and passport images are deleted 30 days after your arrival date, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a dispute requires us to keep them. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires, without passport details.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email support@fast-tdac.com from the address used for the application. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passport images are stored outside the public web root and are only reachable by our staff.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds an in-progress application on your own device so you can return to it; it is never sent to us until you submit.
